you might see me on the road

gets a hundred miles
a gallon of water
drink or sweat, the same

everywhere i go i –  the gym
there and back is my workout
membership fees never due

i don't go out much
rainy days, or snow
i'm fair weather game

take a ride to Concord town
or Lancaster and Bolton
Orchards on every side

nighttime i stay home
with my love who prays
safe rides to my name
